Large handful of baby kale leaves
Thumb-size chunk of ginger, peeled
10 blueberries - frozen
35g Oats (I use gluten-free)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Coconut oil
Juice of a small lemon
300ml Water approx.
Teaspoon Honey (optional)
- Using a Nutribullet, or fast blender, put the kale leaves in first, then throw in the avocado, ginger, oats, chia seeds, coconut oil and pour in the lemon juice.
- Fill with water to the ‘max’ mark, or add approximately 300ml water, you may want to add a bit more depending on the consistency you like.
- Blitz for a minute or two.
- Drink at once, or bring in a flask to enjoy on your commute or at your desk.
