Suzanne Leyden - My Story
Overwhelmed with a heavy workload and two small children, I knew I needed to make changes to my life in order to live more. It was 2013 and I was drowning in practical responsibilities and going through the motions of a working family life. That’s when I made the decision to have a career change.
Back then I wish I had someone to take a look at my life and help me restructure how I was doing things – from establishing exactly where I wanted to be in the short term, and also my longer term aspirations. My energy levels were through the floor, but I wasn’t sick. I just needed to be given clear guidance about what foods would help me to lose my sluggishness for good and regain the energy I craved. I needed to get perspective on my stress levels and manage them better. I needed to move more, but couldn’t figure out how to fit it in, and when I did have any spare time I was too exhausted to exercise.
That’s when I chose to qualify as a Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach. Now I’ve put in the time to help guide you through these types of issues. You don’t need to be extreme by having a career change. Maybe you just need to re-assess your current behaviour and see what tweaks can be made for big results. This is where my experience comes in by helping so many women turn their lives around again and start feeling fulfilled and energised with a lasting sense of balance.
I now have three children, and while life is busy, I know I am nourished well, I’m kind to myself and don’t allow my inner critic too much air-time, and I have clear boundaries that allow me to enjoy my life to the full. Sure it can still get chaotic every now and again, but I know how to reset and get back to balance.
The WellNow Company is lead by Suzanne Leyden, certified Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach. Based in the Dun Laoghaire area in Dublin, Ireland. Suzanne coaches clients either in person or online, locally and internationally.
We all have our personal reasons for wanting to improve our health and wellness. Our aim is to help you to achieve your health and wellness goals through our Achieving Wellbeing Model, which encompasses Self, Nutrition and Lifestyle factors.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today’s always-on world can be difficult. So, we have designed a number of different approaches to reach as many people as we can in both the work environment and at an individual level.
